hi i would like some advice on st herb i have emailed them but havent got reply i took st herb last year for few months and now going to restart but i have a 40 day cycle i did 15 days of takin then 15 days off then restart and so on. but i was always restarting taking st herb a good ten days before next period started i never seemed to be taking them at start of cycle i was told my periods would even out but they didnt so i wondered if i was wasting my time with them as i should have been taking them at start of cycle not end which is how it was working out for me .this time iperhaps i should wait each month for day one and start then wait for next cycle and start again if i do it this way i willl be taking for first 15 days every cycle debs what do you think!

wow that was a mouth ful!!! i wonder where deborah is...hey did u grow alot from st herb?

The other thing you can try is not the recommended way, but might be worth a try. Take only 1 cap 2 times a day...total of 2 pills. Low dose. Take continually and see what happens with your period. Don't take 4 a day all month though. Just 2. I only say to try this as you seem to have a real problem with the on and off business. The old formula Mirifem were a low dose and they were not cycled. Hope this helps.

I think you might want to consider using the Mirifem as it seems to be easier for women that have this problem. (Just a thought).
