Its that time of month already and I just put an order in for my St. Herb 2 days ago! Do I have to start them on day 1 of my period or can I start taking them a little late say 5-7 days into it and just stop after a week to allow for my period? I am too anxious to wait another month to start this program!

Oh, and I am talking about the pills, not the cream.

If you just put your order in and are already on your period, chances are (if they're from Deborah, they're dropshipped I believe) you wont be getting the product for about 10-15 days anyway so you'll still have to wait ^^

I can start using the cream now without having to wait for my period, right? I'm talking about the St. Herb cream.

I also emailed Deb, but I really am so excited to get started. lol

I have posted else where about this but to reply to your post...the main problem with starting later than the first day of your actual flow is that your cycle may get irregular. You will probably be ok if starting within the first several days after onset of period but it is best with the pills to take as directed. I am going to start stocking the st herb brand myself in the USA so I can ship within a reasonable time frame...most people just have a very hard time waiting the amount of time that it takes to come from Thailand. So check my store for the listings that say " SHIPS FROM USA"... as opposed to the ones that say ship from Thailand if you live in US. See my post regarding the time frame and st herb line on the main index for more information.
