You have two options in my opinion

waterproof bandaids like compeed ones - though every box is a set of five so you would have to use more than twice to not spending too much money on it ( I use for a whole week , 2 days off )

I have not tried it yet buuut there you have the link ( I would like to try but I don't know how to use it on the cup!!)

I have been taping my nipples and areolas down regularly but I don't think that is effective for me. Also, don't the second option make them bigger?

Wow I did not saw this before! I did the thread about using tennis balls for avoiding areola / nipple extension but not this one! I am going to give a try to this for 2-3 weeks and see if it works!
