Ingredients: 1 l of white wine, 1 tbsp of vinegar, 15 stalks of plain parsley, 100 g of honey.
Preparation: Heat the ingredients with the roughly chopped parsley and simmer for five minutes. Remove from heat and leave for an hour with the lid closed. Bring to a boil again, strain and fill hot in a dark bottle. Drink a glass of this wine after dinner.
