its been slow.. ive given up for months then restarted.. sometimes pumped five days a week other times just two.
Major difference in the year= the part above my nipple has now more breast tissue and i can ‘grab’ it whereas before that area was flat.
Smaller boob is catching up although still smaller.
Was a loose A cup, now I wear a B cup.
I swell upto a D cup and have been doing the whole year so compared to the swelling the results are not amazing. However, there is a difference. Will continue on with the noogling- would like to do more often for better results.
