Hey everyone,
I took PM earlier this month but feel the 500mg was too much for me. I'd like to lower the dose, but I'm having trouble finding a good product with only 100mg. Ainterol is the brand I used for the 500mg, and it's capsules with powder. Could I maybe try buying empty pill capsules & transfer the Ainterol with it? Is there a good, non-messy method for doing this?
