Great timing Ellen. Iam currently waiting for my Reishi to arrive. I think it maybe the missing piece in my nbe routine, ive never had boobs, muscular, dark & excessive hair so reading ur attached article makes me think Reishi makes real sense even more so. Mine is 'herb pharm' and contains alcohol the article said 'alcohol extracted appears to be more potent'. Hopefully others can give some great tips how to use to my advantage eg. Doses/times.
