Yes, going back to the astaxathin again.. I just googled it up and the entire page of results was on... (drum roll).. increasing testosterone!! Most of the information was referring to men specifically, but I'm still sort of scratching my head again. Does this mean that it raises androgens in men and lowers them in women?? So, what are we supposed to make of that, Bettie girl?![]()

So are you going to take a walk on the wild side and just go for it? Like Ruby M. said you have to be careful where astaxanthing is sourced from. If I decide to get some krill oil, it contains astaxanthin so looks like I'll be on the wild side with you too lol
Hannah, I remember you mentioning something about breasts deflating from taking too much astaxanthin (1 pill a day) which is worrying me a bit....I think you said that you felt it was better when you took one pill every three days....I guess it depends on the individual so we'll see.
