I've been taking fenugreek and SP for almost a month now, my fenugreek is about finished and I was considering just changing it up and trying EPO or PM or BO instead. But after reading this should I just re-order fenugreek and take it for the full 3  months and then do detox? Or can I detox now and start something new?

I wrote this post a LONG time ago. And since then experienced and learned alot more about herbs and the implications of using them.
With that said I wouldnt encourage anyone to use herbals unless under guidance of a herbalist, doctor etc and to always get a hormone test before attempting to use herbs. Using fengugreek and goats rue together lowered my blood pressure and put me in hospital so these things arent to be messed with. Raise one hormone, lower another, its a delicate balance.
My thoughts on NBE have changed alot in recent years esp seeing soo many come and go on this forum.
