I had some growth on my program and then lost it but am determine so am pressing on just a little disheartening. 4mons and back to start but i guess i have a good idea where it went wrong so that a bonus!
Also I once heard that eating lots of papaya, corn, and sweet potato can be good for weight gain.
I like to keep granola or pretzels in my Jeep and munch while I drive
