Breast massage questions! Please answer!

Hi everyone!

Is it ok if I only space my breast massages out about 5 hours? In the morning and then the afternoon? I really don't have any time at night to do it and I'm so tired at the end of the day.

My other question is do I massage inwards or outwards?
