the large cups are a pain!!!! I had to noogle first with the mediums before they would stick as well.. but now I can do it without that. just remember to lean forward, and press relatively firmly and hold the cup in place as you are pumping. That should help.

It does take some getting used to.

In terms of not taking pills for a few days... remember that it takes awhile for things to leave your system... so its more likely that the pains are from the pills still working in your system, than from the noogle.

And that arnica creme just smells like old socks or something doesn't it! hahaha its such a musty smell.
