I was taking 2 500 mg pills a day, not counting the cream. I'm honestly not sure if i gained wt from pm or breast success. I think both. I started gaining with breast success but couldn't stop gaining even on pm.and I couldn't lose it until i stopped. The boobs though were from the weight gain plus pm. They were constantly sore, heavy, and swollen on pm. It would hurt sometimes to even take my bra off. But I cant say I didn't enjoy the comments from my husband they felt engorged like they did when I breastfed.
