I used to have good luck with crunches, just do them till you feel the tummy burn, but as you get older that doesnt seem to work as well.

Crunches are good but your abs will quickly get used to that, so you have to switch it up a little bit. Add a different exercise and then switch it up again after a while. There's a lot of videos on youtube showing all sorts of ab workouts and different variations of certain exercises! To get rid of belly fat I would have to do a lot of cardio but I hate it haha.

I love this Vicky Justiz girl, her videos are very straight to the point very nice exercises easily explained and showed clearly what to do. FitnessBlender have some amazing workout videos worth checking out. One of my fav channels Brick Build Apparell aka Buffie The Body, incredible curves, she has videos about her own journey to weight gain and building curves and also really great workouts that I personally used to follow (especially the booty and hips ones) and got some really good results! so its really worth checking out if someone is interested.
