Hi Bobbi,

I have just ordered from this company their capsules, cream and spray it was on a special offer. I had already tried their spray and did not really rate it. However I think if I use the capsules as well it will help. The reviews on their ebay account are very good. 
I have also been using flaxseed oil for the last week while I wait on my order to arrive and wow I am seeing results already!!
I just purchased it in the health food store 
 was massaging it onto my breast but for the last 5 days I have been just swallowing a spoonful or adding to my porridge and the results and the speed of change is exactly like the result I got from ainterol
