I had bloodwork done for hormone levels as well. I don't have the numbers in front of me, but I had high estrogen, slightly high testosterone and very low progesterone. My doctor actually ended up putting me on oral progesterone supplements. I am not sure why. I wonder if it depends on how low the progesterone levels are, because I am on the highest dose the manufacturer makes (200mg daily) to get my levels into the normal range. It is a little expensive though. How much do you pay for your cream if you don't mind me asking?
I am glad to see other people getting bloodwork done by their doctor for hormones. Especially since supplementing with phytoestrogens (herbal supplements) can actually be detrimental to one's health and NBE goals!
