Also: I massage my breasts with almond oil and I have acne around my breasts now. Also more acne on my face!! But I'm not certain if it's because of the almond oil massaging cause I'm busy with trying a lot of different products for skin care (skin care products and natural products, oils and honey). There could be so many reasons. I don't want to change to another oil cause I really like almond oil. Now I apply a tea tree oil mixture to combat acne after applying almond oil around my breasts. It has already reduced the acne. I looked flaxseed and acne up and I see it helps many people improve their acne and others have breakouts from it. It's so fascinating how different we all are. I hope I'm not rambling too much about my own personal experiences.
Thank you for your reply, Octaviaaah!
Yeah, it's something to think about...
There are plenty of face creams that contain caffeine for example and I've met some ladies who told me that they became agitated when using beauty products containing caffeine (as if they were drinking strong coffee). That shows how the skin really does absorb what you put on it. I guess it depends what the ingredient is, and it also depends on how sensitive you are.
Not at all and don't worry, I like to hear about your experiences! I also breakout on my chest when massaging my breasts with oil. Almond oil, olive oil, all of them gave me acne but I thought I'd give flaxseed oil another try because it's so rich in omega 3 and phytoestrogens. Now, at this point, I don't mind acne on my chest (if the oil does something positive to my breasts!) but I don't want to breakout on my face like I did when I ate flaxseeds.
I also read how some ladies swear that it cured their acne and others say it causes acne! It is indeed incredible how everyone reacts differently....
