I've heard peppermint is supposed to have anti-androgenic effects just like spearmint, but I can't find any sources on it. Here it shows that both spearmint and peppermint worked as anti-androgens for rats, but I'm not sure how it would work for humans. Why not just spearmint though? Or other anti-androgens like licorice root.
