Just another note. I have recently read that pm doesn't go as well for those with low progesterone (which I think I have based on my breasts' development), so I will not be taking that. Instead, I will be taking foods to increase my progesterone levels. I will be drinking 1-2 tsp of tumeric in water per day. It's fairly bitter, so I will likely take it like a shot in about 8oz of water and chug it. I like tumeric milk as well, but I have found over the years that dairy affects me negatively with causing me to breakout as well as creating tonsil stones in my throat. So I won't be drinking tumeric milk, especially since I am newly acne free.
