Hi everyone,
I know different things work for different people but I'm curious about how many times a day you massage and for how long?
I have been massaging for about 6 months. I massage once a day (at night) and I do about 300 chi rotations and 300 deer. I'm really pleased; I have noticed my breasts look more lifted and rounder! Of course, just like many of you here, I would like to grow even more! I was wondering, do you think massaging twice a day would be make it more effective? Have any of you experimented?
