So biotin hasnt really made my hair grow..no significant results..its been a month or so..but it does change the texture of my hair...it was a bit frizzy before but now it looks like i had a keratin treatment more silky and shiny...yes its worth it for me so far..gve me some blackheads but also a healthier looking skin..
