Playing around on a Saturday afternoon.   So Here are two different shapes.   The one on the right is more like a typical noogleberry dome.   The one on the left is the fish bowl shape.   See how the one on the right compresses the breast at the bottom and up for about half the length (the white area).   While the fish bowl shapes doesn't touch the breast at all.   The entire breast is in a vacuum.  That's why I feel that the standard design isn't the optimal one for maximum breast growth.

I agree.. I bought a standard breast pump off Amazon and I didn't like the feel, as you described, as the suction wasn't full and it almost suctioned in a 'cone' shape.  Noogleberry is the best out there as far as pumps are concerned I think..
