Halfway through to the year mark. Looking back over the last six months, what worked best was eating at least three full meals a day consistently, eating a lot of healthy fats, and massaging religiously. Going about things gradually and taking non-herbal supplements helped as well.
With that in mind, here are my plans going forward:
1. I'm going to be a lot stricter about my healthy fat intake. I want to really consistently, every single day, eat a source of healthy fat at every single meal. So things like healthy oils, nuts, seeds, avocados, dark chocolate, eggs, peanut butter, and fish. Here's a good list: http://www.shape.com/healthy-eating/meal...ys-include
2. My carb and sweets intake will be cutting drastically soon for a specific reason as well.
3. In the coming months, I'm hoping to add seed cycling and homemade spearmint tea to my regular intake.
4. I'll have more freedom to massage soon, so I'm going to add a third massage session on most days that centers completely around fat brushing.
5. This one is optional, but I want to try chicken feet soup. Not just for my breasts. I want to try it for my skin as well.
Those are my plans for the last half of this project. Let's see what happens.
