Forgot to add, I also take Kelp capsules, one per day. I also work out for about an hour a day and I've been taking krav maga classes twice a week for two months now (watch out boys!
LOL). Not only am I learning how to defend myself, but I'm also getting in great shape too! I'm mostly targeting my abs, legs and bum because that's the area I feel like I need to work on.
