of course they do. Everything is money in this world.. That is actually very horrible. There is nothing wrong with small breasts-- they want to make you feel like there is something wrong or you are inadequate so you will pay them, of course. That is, however, the sign of a horrible doctor-- if you ever consider implants, find a doctor that understands you are doing this for yourself and it is a serious surgery-- not something you just do because he or she claims there's something wrong with you.
