This is very interesting. How it would affect type 1 diabetics? I'm sure I would have to check my blood sugar levels closely when first starting this. As someone who takes an acid inhibitor like omnaprazole, I would stop taking it if I tried this program. I wonder if this would solve my heartburn problems.
