ok so only slight improvements with what I'm doing right now. I don't like the Beautiful Legs pills, so switching to Gotu Kola. Avoiding sodas, junk food, etc and eating as healthy as possible.... but craving cheese and milk like crazy.

Hi DiamondDolly, may I ask you why you are taking Gotu Kola...read its good for veins but dunno further what exactly it can mean for NBE?
