Today I started with some different supplements.

Sundown Naturals CLA - each pill contains 1,500 mg - 1 w/ breakfast, 1 w/ dinner

Grean Tea with Hoodia - got at Walmart - 1 w/ breakfast, 1 w/ dinner

coq10 - 50 mg (I don't think I will take after today, I did not like it very well)

water with lemons in it - I did drink 2 bottles of the lemon water today

I ate french toast (no syrup or sugar) for breakfast (whole wheat bread)

ate a small salad for snack

steak & cheese sub from subway on honey oat bread with lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, black olives, banana peppers, onions, pepperjack cheese, parmesan, oregano, and black pepper, red vinegar, light mayo, bbq, honey mustard, and sweet onion sauce

drank like 2 cups of 1% milk today

ended up craving junk food and caved.... ate some strawberry cream cheese cake type stuff and 3 cookies Sad maybe that's why my belly is bloated?

anyways... boobies are so much fuller and firmer than before!!

stayed up way too late past my bedtime and need sleep!!! will be back later!! will post pics as soon as I have the chance!!
