Hello everyone.
so this is my 2nd query
i hope to get answers too

i have been on Fenugreek + Meno-ease pills (herbs combination of st johns wort, wild yam, licorice, black cocosh, dong quai) + olive oil massage

after a month i saw results my breasts were perkier , round, bigger than before

but i also had bigger arms legs and waist lol
yes i gained weight.

and im a personal trainer so i know what is causing this - because my food intake wasnt in large amounts although i have been off from my strict diet.

i gained like4 pounds total and i got obvious water retention out of herbs. i dont want to be fat because i need to be in my old beach body soon.

anyway aside from that,

i bought F CUP COOKIES which has Pueraria Mirifica in it
because the saleslady in hongkong SASA managed to make me buy it lol

so i got home did some researching and decided to try ULTRA BREAST instead because its more permanent and doesnt make you fat
and i dont even know if pueraria will make me fat as well!
--- correct me if im wrong please.

i feel the cookies are such a waste might as well eat them
but before i start with ultra breast i need to detox.
and i dont know how to detox all the estrogen /herbs ive taken

I know www.medplex.com is the best place to get it
but i dont own credit card and i dont really want to get one

so please help me where else i can get it
