Hi crystalelle, I've been wondering for awhile about soy in protein bars so thanks for clearing that up
! I've never heard the waist breast ratio before so that's cool I will look into in that because I do not want saggy boobs haha. I would love to be a C but I like to be braless in the house and on days when it's too hot and being a C may be too much for me to handle. But I am totally aware of booby greed and so if I had the opportunity to grow that big I know I wouldn't pass it up haha but right now my goal is a big B.

I read a lot of the programs of people who are doing B.O. trying to get a feel of what they are doing so I can implement it to my program too lol. The hardest part for me I feel wil be getting 90 grams of protein everyday so I'm constantly looking up the protein intake of the food I'm eating and seeing how many protein shakes I'll need a day to complete the 90.
