that is my photo thread! I have a program thread too but I tend to update the photo one more. (I need to update it now, actually lol)
I am just taking one pill a day which is 550 mg. I haven't had any upset in my cycle other than them being easier. Before my period was awful and I cramped for days, usually the third day was the worst. This last one I had cramps the day I started and none after that, was not nearly as heavy, and my face didn't break out like it usually does. I think the PM and the maca together has really balanced me.
