Sounds like you have a plan in mind and researched herbs. My biggest bit of advice, if you have a regular period with no issues as you say. A sure fire way to mess that up is taking herbs (esp PM). Thats exactly what i did. Went from perfect cycle to all sorts of irregularities. Look at some other options first. Wont hurt to try address NBE with diet, herbs (fresh) and manual methods. Are you sister and the others you mentioned bigger in weight than you? Ie mine all all a few dress sizes bigger and have MUCH bigger boobs. Being slim can get in the way for some of us
Have you been able to "fix" your cycle? Messing up my cycle scares me the most about PM, but when I read other peoples stories, it really tempts me to try it out.
My Mom is actually a little overweight, but big breast just seems to be the case on my mothers side. My sister is just a size bigger than me. I seem to have the breast that runs on my fathers side; my grandma and aunt has small breasts.
Im 163 cm, 46kg so yeah im underweight but for the life in me I am not able to gain weight no matter what I do. I have a really fast metabolism and havent gained a kg in 7 years.
I just seem to be a little lost at the moment.
What kind of herbs do you recommend?
Im high stress and hard and fast with everything i do so that might be my problem..
That or we have it all wrong with diet. I wasnt necessarily eating bad when i gained some weight and my boobs did too. I was eating alot of organic chocolate ice cream, baked potatoes with cheese and sour cream. Id do that a few times a week...But then i ended up with a gut condition and high sugar and high carbs is all wrong for me now so i dont suggest trying that. But maybe see a dietician and see what they say re eating healthy fats etc.
I dont recomend any herbs i really dont. They put me in a bad way, also in hospital at one point so do the maca thing for 3 months (if you feel its working and no side effects) and keep up with msm - just add vit c in with the msm and massage daily. Its a good starting point and like OOva said, add olive oil, seasaem, avocado oils too. Il do all that when i remember to buy them.
Oh well glad your cycle is starting to become normal. Its kinda scary to be messing up with the hormones.
I will look into my dieting, I have always eaten relatively healthy, but then again Im very biased at judging myself.
So I guess the next step for me is to look into what I eat and look at what you suggested. It sounds much safer than PM for sure. It just sucks that I have ordered it now.
Ill check in when I have figured out what to do, or when I start my routine up for sure.
