Hi ladies, I discovered this site a couple of weeks ago and have been really interested in NBE.
I am 24 years old and currently a 70A/32A. A solid A cup. My sister and my mom on the other hand is way larger. My sister is younger and she is 30DDD(E)/65F and my mom is 38DD/85E or larger. So I guess I should have the potential to grow a couple of sizes right?
I have been looking into Pueraria Mirifica and I have already ordered not one but two bottles of Nature´s way Pueraria Mirifica. I have heard both success and horror stories about PM but I am very scared that it will mess me up. I believe I have 28 day cycle but a little unsure as I have never actually paid attention to it. When it comes to hormones, I believe my hormones are in balance as I have never experienced the symptoms of imbalance.
Initially I was looking at starting a program with PM, Saw Palmetto, Wild Yam, Dong Quai and Hops flower and cycling them all. Taking PM after menstruation and a couple of days after ovulation and SP, WY, DQ and hops after that, till i get menstruation again. I have also ordered Sesame Oil/Shri Gopal oil from India which is supposed to help in breast enhancing and a cupping set from eBay, as I dont want any pumps at the moment.
As mentioned I am very concerned about not messing myself up just to increase my bust. I have read a little about Shatavari and Ashwagandha which is supposed to be a little safer then PM. I know you ladies have years of experience, so I would appreciate any help or input
