I know we all say that here, what works for one does not work for someone else, but normally we think about NOT working, not making things worse and in the end we try to explain ourselves why some things work and other do not, what effect they may have on our body.
PM is estrogen based, so if you are already estrogen dominant it will not work, but for maca it is the common opinion that is an adaptogen. I am just trying to find the possible explanation for the shinkage, saying it worked for someone for any reason whatsoever is the same as saying I do not know, I am just trying to learn something out of it. We believe there is a reason why things work for some and do not for someone else, we all have different hormonal system and type of bodies (underweight, slim, overweight, top/bottom heavy), just for maca common opinion is that it sort of substitutes for the hormon that is weak and that is not my experience
One thought was that I might have had an overdose?! maca is also used in the body builder scene to increase muscle development..
