Hi Girls,

I have learnt a lot over the years at attempting NBE and researching through the website:

I have mild PCOS (which was suggested by Lotus and that I got checked by the doctor - you were correct)
Im oestrogen dominant (low oestrogen even lower progesterone)
I have high cortisol
I need to reduce my sugar intake
I need to sleep more.

I started to address all these issues and what I benefited the most was agnus cactus.
My mood is more stable, I feel great, I have lost some weight mid section, I
have more energy. My breast even grew 1 inch by using it for 3 months while my goal wasn't breast growth but to reach hormone balance.

Gave me faith again in NBE

Now I want to up my game and add some oestrogen source. But since I am OD, I wanted to keep using Agnus cactus.

So my question is the following: Can I use Agnus cactus at the same time with lets say fenugreek and fennel liquid extract ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
