As far as I can tell, the best way to get the underboob going with the tape method is to make sure that the tape end (on the upper side, toward the clavicle) is long enough to remain outside of the Noogle cup, so that the pressure of the cup rim helps to hold the tape in place and pull the nipple up, exposing more pressure to the underboob area. Pumps are without prejudice - they will exert the same negative pressure to whatever surface is exposed. Expose more underboob, get more pull to stretch underboob. Oh, which reminds me: make sure to use a tape that doesn't stretch!
Also, I put the tape on before any oils, because the oils will render the tape useless. I only use oils on the inner, under and side boob areas where the cup rims will go and a little outside of that, so I can easily pull in more flesh from the surrounding areas. Once I'm finished with a pumping session, then I massage them both with more oil, especially where the tape pulled off.
I get the feeling that once I get more underboob stretched and available in the cups, pumping will automatically stretch everything the way I want and my baroque tape method will be unnecessary. Until then, though, I'm taping!
If any of the foregoing doesn't make a lick of sense, let me know. It's weird to describe it.
Xo, Soli
