p.s. hi FitChick ..didn't mean to hijack your thread ...my advice ..don't overpump ...overpumping can do damage. my thought is pumping is a little like exercising ..a bit of moderate exercise everyday is better than overexercising on an infrequent basis. i'd say moderate negative pressure for longer periods is best, imo ...anyway, you can't really undo damage. also, diet ..your body needs more protein, carbs and fats to build new tissue than it does for metabolic maintenance alone. i've been making smoothies and adding a quarter avocado and trying to add more good fats to my diet. and then there are those other boob things i've been hearing so much about ..estrogen, progesterone, prolactin and growth hormone. in the end, we're all subject to our genetic predispositions but it doesn't mean we can't push against them. best of luck to you. oh, i've been wondering about these volufiline products, too ..you know, how they impact fat cells ..very curious products on the market
