You certainly want to keep the pressure light at first and increase it gradually. You'll hear different thoughts on time, but I think about an hour at a time is probably best. You can repeat multiple hours a day well enough, though. I have heard of good results from just an hour or two per day. Most of us aim for more, however. If there's soreness or bruising, stop until it heals up. In fact, I think it's as important to spend periods without doing suction as periods of doing it. Just as athletes must have rest periods between weight training, I think it helps to have healing periods of as much as a week or more now and then when doing breast suction.
