Any Tips for Kangzhu Newbie???

Hey Ladies,

I finally got my Kangzhu and I'm ready to try it. Since they didn't come with instructions, I'm looking for tips.

-How long should I pump a day?
-How much (CM) should I start with?

Anything else I should know?
