To be at least a little fair to the directors of the GoT TV show... They ARE being quite accurate to the portrayal of sex in the actual books by George RR Martin. So the ultimate blame for that one goes to the original author, of the books. Granted, when the directors of the TV show adapted the books to TV they COULD have fixed the inequality of the sexes for the show... but they didn't.
