this isn't my first time on the weight loss mountain climb.
i just hope i don't lose 3 cup sizes this time. i lost weight too quickly last time, dropping 3 dress sizes in 3 months or so
The slower you lose the more permanent it becomes.
that is painfully true. i lost 55lbs in under 4 months before which was just too quick. it all came back when i began suffering from depression and anxiety about 15 months later.
Do you take ground flax seed daily? It is amazing for regularity and anti-depression. I take it everyday, of course organic one, and my wife takes it too.
