1.) I started a more rigorous exercise regimen and trying to watch my calorie intake. I'm tired of chubby thighs! Look at my stats, everything has gone down.
2.) Greenbush herbs don't seem to be working for me. I'm not surprised.
3.) Like I wrote, I was slacking on my Noogling. Since I wrote I've been doing it 1-2 hours a day and am more swollen--about 33.5" now.
I better go, gotta noogle while I read.
