I've always had weak hair and nails no matter how well I hydrate. Until a couple of weeks ago I had hair nearly down to my bum but it was starting to feel really dry and had so many split ends I let my partner cut it all the way to jaw height. My hair has always grown fast though so it should be past my shoulders in a few months.

I didn't realise the effects would be so immediate.

I can't wait for tomorrow, I am expecting apple cider vinegar and coconut oil. I'm hoping the coconut oil will help with roundness
