Hi, I've been on bo and for about a month now (I've been taking l-tyrosine for about 5 days) I have grown some- nothing incredible, mostly fullness- but I don't really have any tingles? One day I had shooting pain in one side for about 5 min- thats really it? Is it to early to be feeling tingles or growing pains- or should I ramp up my bo (taking 2,000 generic bo a day) Any input very appreciated!
