Hi guys! I'm very excited to start my nbe journey!
-I am about 5 feet and 4" tall (not exact just an estimated guess)
-115 pounds (I'd like to maintain my weight, or even lose some, if possible)
-wearing a 34b, found out through measuring I'm a 30c)

GOAL: 30c to a 30-34 d or DD
Kind of wonky goal, but I'm unsure whether or not you can increase band size, but yeah...

I eat organic and natural foods and only take 2 supplements right now:
-C-Salts 1000mg x3
-Reduced L-Glutathione 500mg x2
-

I also exercise 3-5 times a week and just started doing fat brushing (even though I just have a little belly fat) for 10 minutes x2 a day and a mixture of breast massages for 10-15 minutes x2 a day using a blend of Organic Extra Virgin Coconut Oil, Fenugreek, PM, Fennel, Red Raspberry, Stinging Nettle, Milk Those, Anise seed, Caraway seed, and Alfalfa leaf (all except for PM from a herbal tea).

I'm planning on starting this routine April or May during my period :
-Organic Vitex 440mg x2 a day
-Trying to find a good Organic PM supplement, so far I found Barlowe's 550mg
-1 serving Collagen
