Also wanted to mention that today I noticed some of the same red dots you got from massaging/pumping! They look like little inflamed hair follicles! They're like super super tiny little red dots right?
I only got it on my left breast though which is the only one I massage and I think maybe it's from using too much oil. That's the only thing I have done differently to get them.
