Today I am starting with my individual herb program. I am excited and impatient Smile

MSM powder 1 tea spoon (5grams=5000mg)
Fenugreek 20 drops (1ml)
Fo-ti 20 drops (1ml)
Gotu kola 20 drops (1ml)
Avena sativa 20 drops (1ml)
Ladies Mantle tea
Fennel tea
Flaxseed oil
Evening primrose oil

All of them I will start once a day . After a month I might increase it.
I also listen subliminal recording every day. Wish me luck Tongue
