I have been doing NBE for a year off and on and haven't been consistent with it until now. I have noticed some growth already, since I started back up...

I started taking fenugreek and just recently added kelp because I don't eat a lot of fish and need the iodine. I do massage 2 times a day.

I am 5'8, slender
Age:26
Starting size 34A or AA (wear a lot of push up bras haha)

My schedule

Get up and take 2 fenugreek capsules by nature way

Massage with Wild Yam lotion by Jason (gonna have to find another after this runs out, cause it has been discontinued)

Take 1 Kelp pill

Eat Breakfast

Take a Liquid Vitamin mixed in strawberry kiwi water

Eat Lunch

Take 2 more fenugreek capsules

Eat dinner

and massage with Wild Yam and EVOO


Have already been experiencing pains in the breasts. I started my program about a week ago. Bra is already tight =o) I eat dry roasted edamame, corn chips with flax seed, dried veggie chips (All from Sprouts Grocery Store) and soynuts for snacks. Gonna start drinking soy milk again. I have read it played a big part in other woman's growth online... I noticed that my growth started scaling up when I added the Kelp pill a day =o) I just was walking around and my breasts were bouncing up top... such a wonderful feeling!!

Thanks for your sharing experience. I would like to try that.
