LOL! You are so sweet to give me an update. I really need that for encouragement. I was reading and reading and got no time to type a reply. So sorry .

Anyway I started my SBT oil on last Thursday (1st day of my menses). Today has been 4.5 days on it. I honestly honestly don't feel a thing aside of the little tingles every now and then which is not anything new. I have migraine 2 days in a row. The day before (maybe due to my menses) and yesterday (due to the heat here, is mad). I have bloody nose this morning too. Sigh! I thought I escape it last cycle but when I started the supplements it starts again. I am holding back on BB though and hopefully with luck SBT will start to work on me soon. I really want to see how far this SBT will work. If it is good and it works it will give an additional options to the member here who don't want to take BO.

Here is what I am doing for my routine.

Morning
2 caps Pharma Nord SBT oil (around 1000mg)
3 caps Virgin Coconut Oil (VCO) (3000mg)
1 caps EPO (1000mg)
1 caps Swanson Omega 3,6,9 (1000mg)
2 caps DIM-plus (reduce to 1 now because of bloody nose)
3 caps Neo-Cell collagen tablets

Afternoon
2 caps apple cider vinegar (1000mg) before food

Evening
2 caps Pharma Nord SBT oil (around 1000mg)
2 caps apple cider vinegar (1000mg) before food
1 caps Swanson Omega 3,6,9 (1000mg)
1 caps Flaxseed Oil (1000mg)
2 caps DIM-plus (reduce to 1 now because of bloody nose)
1 caps NOW 8 billion friendly bacteria (LOL! I am feeding to my cats and hedgehogs too!)

Remember I was telling you previously that we have locals supplement distributor who sells SBT drinks for breast enhancement too. In the websites it states to give it 7-10 days for the boobies to feel something. So I am waiting now once I feel something I will definitely give you and everyone here a hola.
