EveM's program
#2

* some extra notes *

You may find taking the herbs on an empty stomach effective.

Also with the loose herbs, you can take them as eve did: mixed into yogurt and other foods

if you cannot find these herbs nearby www.mountainroseherbs.com sells them all, however you may need to buy a coffee/seed grinder to grind the oat seed (oat tops), hops flowers, and flax-seed, which is easy enough.

If you can find hops flowers for cheap then do so , this website sells them at an expensive rate, However their products are high quality.

to avoid over buying I came up with the amounts you'd need for each herb in powdered format over a 2 year period, according to the above mentioned amounts:

fenugreek and hops at 1800mg/day = 2.89 lbs/2 years each

alfalfa and fennel at 400mg/day = 10.30 ounces/2 years each

flax and soy powder(if used) at 1000mg/day = 1.61 lbs/2 years each

Oat seed at 800mg/day = 1.29 lbs/2 years

I hope this helps!
